How to use Gibson Dyna Force Tablet: Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Delta Force 10mg/30mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.
How Gibson Dyna Force Tablet works: Delta Force 10mg/30mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, which treat premature ejaculation. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that increases the level of serotonin in nerves to improve control over ejaculation and increase the time taken to ejaculate.
