Karlson and Gibson Pvt. Ltd. strives to provide high-quality pharmaceutical products and customer satisfaction. Refunds or replacements will be considered only in case of damaged products, wrong product dispatch, or verified quality issues.
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery along with proper evidence such as product photos and invoice details. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Products once opened, used, or damaged due to improper storage conditions will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
